    2. I enjoyed this sequel to Promised Valley Rebellion The way the author described the battles was written clearly so that I could easily envision what was happening in my mind In fact, it was easy for me to visualize much of what was happening in this book, the author also adds in some nice little details to bring this world to life.My only complaint about this book is that we do not get to see Morning Sun or Rose Leaf at all We do not get to see what their captivity is like, or what Rose Leaf s r [...]

    3. Promised Valley War fulfills the promise Fritsch offered us in the first book in the series, Promised Valley Rebellion. The characters draw us into fascinating primitive world, and they do not let us leave until the final word is written.Promised Valley Rebellion was a multi award winning debut from Fritsch, and it will be no surprise to me if he similarly picks up a collection of awards with this brilliantly executed sequel.
